Hong Kong Breast Cancer Pink Walk

On 10 October, a team of 73 Harrow Hong Kong teachers, parents and students joined the Pink Walk, the annual charity walk of Hong Kong Breast Cancer Association at the Peak. The team, together with around 2000 participants from the public, wore in pink to help raise awareness on breast cancer and raised HK$18,200. The foundation recognised the team as ‘The School Raising the Most Money’ and the advocate of the team Ms Rese Hopkinson won the ‘Best Dressed Pink Award’!

Funds raised from the walk will be used for the development of the Association’s Kowloon Centre, in support of the expansion of services on breast health education, patient support and research & advocacy in Kowloon and New Territories to reach out to more women in need.
