Located in a magnificent crescent-shaped building with custom-built facilities near the Gold Coast Tuen Mun, Harrow International School Hong Kong is the first and only British international boarding and day school in Hong Kong. The School integrates elements of educational philosophy, practice and traditions from Harrow School in England into the diverse international community of Hong Kong to provide a highly distinctive education. Our vision, Educational Excellence for Life and Leadership, aims to equip and challenge our pupils to use their knowledge, skills, and talents to make life better for others in their community and the wider world. Harrow International School Hong Kong opened in September 2012 and now has around 1500 pupils aged 3 to 18.
Our goal is to ensure that every student achieves their potential, not only academically but in every aspect of their life. We offer a broad range of subjects and extracurricular activities, allowing students to enjoy their schooling while also following their chosen career paths. Every student has the best opportunity to develop academically and emotionally, emphasising developing self-confidence and independence.
Our house system encourages healthy competition and pushes students in a friendly and supportive manner. While we always encourage our students to be independent, teamwork is at the core of everything we do, and we believe it helps forge our future leaders.
Harrow International School Hong Kong is the obvious choice for pursuing a British-based education in Hong Kong. The school is steeped in heritage thanks to its close links to the UK. Like our namesake, our students go on to achieve outstanding exam grades, setting the ideal foundations for their futures. With world-class facilities and some of the best teachers in Asia, working in conjunction with our supportive pastoral teams, our students go on to become well-rounded individuals.
The School’s boarding facilities are the perfect environment for students to feel safe and comfortable, allowing them to build their sense of independence, bringing reassurance to parents and pupils alike.
