Mr Saturnino Tiamson, the visiting drum teacher of Harrow International School Hong Kong, was honoured as one of the Ten Outstanding Young Men and Women (TOYM) of the year in the Philippines.
This year, the Junior Chamber International (JCI) is recognising outstanding individuals and highlighting their positive impact within the community. The honour recognises young Philippine Men and Women between the ages of 18 and 40, whose work and dedication have resulted in exceptional achievement. This could be in the form of significant contributions to the progress or welfare of the community or to the advancement of their respective field of endeavour.
